Can't Access Restricted Forums After Renewal

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    I have just renewed my subscription and am unable to access the restricted forums for the admins. Please fix this as I have an urgent issue with the Locations Manager add-on and am looking through the forums for a way to resolve.

    That is weird, I’ll get Stiofan to look at that after the weekend.

    Ok. I am having some issues with the Multi-Location Manager and YITH Dynamic Pricing & Discounts. There is a forum post on here regarding that with a solution, but I cannot access it. From what I can tell from the preview, there is a code snippet to add to my functions file to correct the issue.

    In a nutshell, when YITH is active, i cannot add a listing from the backend. When I go to enter the address it doesn’t look the address up. I am unable to select any city other than those that have already been listed. I have disabled YITH for now, but would really like to get this working. Thanks!

    I cannot find anything about that plugin, only for YITH Woocommerce plugin, and not the issue you are having.

    That is the same plugin. I can’t post a url, because the site is a development site locally on my computer. I am testing before deploying onto the live site.

    Also, my access to restricted forums still isn’t working.

    Stiofan, I am still unable to access. I have logged out and back in and also tried in an incognito window. I just keep getting the banner at the top telling me I need to buy and then it redirects me to the home of the support forums. Thanks!

    I just logged in as your user and it worked fine, we do have a 15 minute cache on membership status so maybe it was that? Let me know if it works now?
