Cant activate geodirectory

    Hello.

    I temporarily deactivated geo-directory to fix some issues on my site.

    Now, I can’t activate.

    Once I tried, the site entered a redirect loop at the backend.

    Pls help

    Please share FTP connection information.

    Did you deactivate all the addons first?

    Right now, you can access the backend. kindly do not activate geo-directory plugin. we will fix the error and get back to you.

    Can you pleae create the staging envirnment. so, we can work on there insted of live site.

    Hello hezekiah,

    The problem is due to /wp-content/object-cache.php file. You will have to rename this file and try to activate/deactivate the plugin(s). Then rename back it to actual file name.

    Let me know how it goes.
