Cant add custom fields

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    Hi,

    When I try to add a new field it isnt working? I click on them and nothing happens?

    I can re-order the pre-defined ones just not add any?

    Any help appreciated.

    possibly the cause is server related, if you provide a link and wp admin credentials we will check and let you know.

    Hi Chris,

    the server is extremely slow, but everything works from what I can see.

    I added an image via media library and I was able to add a custom field (Html).

    Let me know if I misunderstood anything in particular.
