Can't add search options to advanced search form

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    This is the same error as several other posts. When trying to add search options to the advanced search form, the site gives the error “Something went wrong.”

    WordPress – 5.3.2
    GeoDirectory, Advanced Search Filters, Custom Post Types, Location Manager, Re-Captcha – all v2 and latest updates
    Whoop! theme – v2 latest update

    I go to any CPT > Settings > Search tab. Clicking any option yields the error.

    I can provide login credentials if you need to see it, but like I mentioned, there are several other posts about this already.
