Cant change header or button color in design settings

    Upon inspecting in chrome I found the default is here:
    .header {
    background: #ed6d62;
    }

    And my specified is here but ruled out (so the settings page does save it):
    .header {
    background-color: #323944;
    }

    I am adding it to the custom CSS section with a !important override until it is fixed in the next release.
