Can't create new listing

    Hi!

    So I’ve had a few different clients tell me that they get all the way through creating their listing and then they get a note that says:

    Error: Please Retry

    This error has occurred from multiple computers for multiple people.
    So far, it’s been on local listings but I think it’s both. Is there a setting on the backend that I’m missing?

    Hi Alex!

    I got a response from my tech support with my server and this is what they said:

    When a web application requests a source with a different origin (origin includes a domain, a protocol, and a port) it is cross-origin. Browsers restrict such requests unless the response from the other origin includes the right headers. You need to make changes in the script to allow CORS. You can refer to the instructions at: https://wanago.io/2018/11/05/cors-cross-origin-resource-sharing/ to learn more about the changes to be made. You can contact the plugin vendor of ‘GeoDirectory’ to get the exact changes to be made so that it works fine.

    It appears, I need the coding and changes for my header from you.

    Hi Tiffiney,

    Thanks for your reply. It looks like an SSL issue and I’ve fixed it by activating the “Really Simple SSL” plugin. Could you please check now?
