Can't delete Ajax Add-on

I wanted to get a fresh start on building my site, so I decided that I would delete everything and then reinstall. I was able to do that with everything but the Ajax Duplicate add-on. I keep getting this error: 500 Internal Server Error An error occurred while processing this request. Website owner? Check your code and/or debug log.

Oh, and I’m your worst nightmare. We’re hosted on wp.com and I’m a novice at all of this stuff.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
