Can't delete prices

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    I tried to access the prices and payments forum, but could not.

    I have several ‘free’ prices that were during beta testing. I went in to remove them and there is no ‘X’ to delete them.

    Suggestions?

    Hi Mike,

    you can’t access the forum for the payment manager because your subscription is expired.

    You’ll have to renew before being able to get support again. Probably you just need to update the plugin.

    Please avoid writing in the public forum for the core plugin to get support for a premium add-on.

    I did renew before going to the forum and it is still showing ‘no active membership’ in the forum.

    Why is that?

    Hi Mike,

    I have fixed your membership status, a few things changed with EDD and we are still working out the bugs.

    You can’t delete the main package, also if you are using the invoicing, you might have to delete from invoicing>items.
