can't determine address at this location

    I’m trying to add listings to my site but keep getting this comment when trying to set the address ‘can’t determine address at this location’. The odd one slips through but for the most part I get this and am unable to add them

    I’ve tried on both on desktop and mobile. I can add from the back end but users will be inputting their own listings so need to be able to add via the front end

    actually I can’t add from the back end now either

    Hi Dawn,

    I’ve just tested your Website by creating a new listing and everything seems to work fine on my end. I’m able to insert a location and publish it for review. That error message usually means you’ve entered an invalid address. Could you try using the “set address on map” option?
