The site I’m working on is still being built, but feel free to take a look. (I can’t seem to mark this private until I’ve opened it. I will add the URL in a private response)

I managed to import all the places and the cluster markers are working just fine. When I click on place, it always takes me to a page “…/places/<place_name>” that has no data.

How do I get the detailed data to show.

    I’m using the Divi Theme.

This error comes from WordPress file system when server refuses certain file type extension. Try plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/disable-real-mime-check/ to allow to upload csv file type.

That would be a useful bit of information to include on the actual upload screen.

Ugh. So, I got everything re-loaded and re-imported.

Now I’m back to square one:
    – sites appear on the map fine
    – the data is visible when I click on the icon
    – when I try to look at the place listing: “results not found”

    What now?

Maybe its a permalink issue, try changing the permalinks structure under normal WordPress settings. Setting > Permalinks > GeoDirectory.

If not please post wp-admin details in a private reply.

    Thanks,

Interestingly enough, the only option for me is “Default”. All the others are grayed out.

    ID info to follow.

    Please check

I set your basic settings to post-name, and that revealed the other options.
