    Hi. I own southbaycompass.com

If you go to any of my GeoDirector places and click on the Map tab, you’ll find that no map ever shows up.

In the backend, I always type the address and get the latitude/longitude. I click save, but the map never shows up. Help!

    Hi,
    there is a JS error

    TypeError: jQuery.goMap.map is undefined

Could you try to disable all the plugins except for the GD ones?

Could you write down your login details in a private reply please?

    Thanks,
    S.

It looks like you deleted the virtual pages that make everything work.
    Have a look at this:

    Hi,

other than the virtual pages missing (which I don’t think is the culprit for the map, but will bring other problem so it should be fixed too), I still suspect plugin (particularly JetPack) or the theme have a call to google maps and are breaking our plugin maps.

Let me know if I am free to test, by disabling/enabling plugins/themes or if there is any settings that you risk to lose and you haven’t backed up yet.

    Thx
