Can't reactivate MAP for CPT

Thank you very much for the great Plugin!

I have been implementing solutions to my http://www.tourpass.rio/ tourism directory of Rio de Janeiro site, Thing is I created a new CPT for Trails”Trilhas” and at first wanted to exclude the location as I was using Wikilocs Trails map, as I changed my mind i tried activating the location on the general settings general tab, I now see the CPT in the Main Map and Map on detail page, but I still don’t have the address field in the back panel have an address therefore map is blank; please apologize I made so many changes that i might be forgetting something; Please let me know if and how I may activate the adress field in the Trails CPT;
