Can't renew the listings that are not published

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    Hello.
    For some reason can’t renew the listings that are not published. I push the renew button, go through all the editing process, press all the buttons all the way till the end. But the listing is still not changing to published.

    How can I fix this?

    The reason they are not published is because the payment process was not completed on creation.
    You will have to go to the listing in the backend, and set the payment as completed.

    Yes, it went well. Thank you.
    What about the cases when a regular user doesn’t complete the payment the first time, but does it afterwards like I did? Will he have to contact me to resolve the issue?
