can't see rich text editor in the posts

Hi everyone
i start a blog in my website

http://www.c-israel.com

and can’t see rich text editor wordpress
- i disable all plugins
- uncheck the user the Disable the visual editor when writing in user section
still have this problem

can you provide wp admin credentials? Do you have the same problem when adding/editing places?

maybe i tried to use plugin of TinyMCE when i saw the problem but i remove it because it did not solve the problem

Please try to re-install wordpress. That has nothing todo with our plugin.
