Can't See Site

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    Hi I can only see my site when I’m logged in and click on the view site option. When I’m not logged in it looks like the screenshot attached. My website is gryn.com.au Is there a setting I need to change?
    I have almost all the plugins installed and Whoop installed.

    Hi Jon,

    Thanks for reaching us. There should be a setting in your hosting setup that allows you to configure that page you’re getting while not log in. Have you checked with your hosting provider? If not, kindly share WP admin or CPANEL access in private reply and we’ll check out the settings for you.
