Can't seem to get featured listing to be top of search results

    I’ve set the featured listing in sorting as default and descending (see attached) and if you search ‘pub’ in ‘taupo’ the featured listing ‘mulligans’ is still no 2 in results – does anyone have any idea what I’ve done wrong?

    Sorting is only for category pages and not for search results pages.
    The search results are shown in order of relevance to the search query.
