can't set default location

    Hi there.

    I am having trouble with the default location. A map is not showing and I can’t set and save the settings? I can only choose country but I can’t fill in city and region – it won’t save. Hope you can help me with this.

    Hi,

    please provide a link and admin credentials in a private reply and we will have a look.

    It could be due to a plugin conflict, lat and long coordinates entered in the wrong format or something else we never saw before. (that can always happen too)

    Thankyou. I have tried to delete it all and install again but I still can’t set the default location – also I can’t download the dummy data, so I think something is causing a conflict. I had a map plugin before downloading geodirectory so I deleted that because I thought it was the problem, I then tried to import the old maps csv file, so I wonder if I messed up things by doing that? (Im sending my login in a private message)

    You had entered the city name as latitude and longitude in the settings.
    Please check now.
