Can't tell if users abadoning cart or not able to purchase!

    I will receive an email for a new listing. Go check, it’s there, the invoice is there, but no purchase/notification from Paypal for purchase.

    I’m sure it’s just an issue of “cart abandonment” but I can’t really tell. How do I know the Paypal gateway is working without disabling and using sandbox? I just need to make sure there isn’t an issue.

    Any advice?
