Can't update plugins

    Hi.
    I have a “Addons bundle subscription” but i cant update your plugins.

    I get the error:
    An error occurred while updating GeoDirectory Location Manager: Login details for GeoDirectory failed! Please check GeoDirectory>Auto Updates and that your membership is active. Internal Server Error.

    In “Auto Update” og the GeoDirectory i have entered the same login information as i use to login on this site.

    Hello John, try to go in the GD Tools (under Geodirectory) and run the task “Clear all GD version numbers”

    Sorry, it did not fix the problem.

    i get:

    Hi,

    as username did you add your username or email?
    If you are using the second, please try with username.

    In case this fails, please provide a url and wp admin credentials and we will have a look.

    Hi again,

    I’ve tried changing credentials using those of one of my test members to update MultiLocation and worked like it should.

    Would you mind sharing your wpgd.com password in private or allow me to temporarely change it?
