Capability to check/uncheck featured box

Hi i am using User Role Editor and one of my team has been assgined capabilities to edit, publish others posts. However while she can edit all other fields as well as publish posts, but cannot see/edit the featured checkbox in the admin – that is visible only to a full admin user.

Can you pls suggest how to do this if a user can edit all other fields they should also be able to edit featured?

If you are using Pricing Manager there is no need to edit that field.

What they may be reporting is that their change does not save, and that is expected.

The featured field is entirely controlled by whether the field is included or excluded. If included it will be marked automatically.

There is not a workaround for this at this time, so changing it would require a customization.
