    Hi, can i remove captcha in login form? And when a user click on register link the form doesn’t show the captcha but gives error and ask to make captcha. The website is: https://riminionline.altervista.org/

    Hi Michele,

    Thanks for your post. Are you using any captcha 3rd plugins? You can try deactivating it and see if it works.

    I am not using any captcha 3d plugins. This bug started after last geodirectory updating… I don’t understand the reason…

    Hi Michele,

    Thanks for your reply. Just checked your Website and I have all plugins deactivated and the captcha is still there https://riminionline.altervista.org/wp-admin . You need to contact your Altervista hosting provider to check on this.

    Hi Kor,
    i contacted my provider and they said me captcha is installed for anty spam… impossible to de-activate… so i installed Supreme v2 and Gdv2… everything works with captcha but doesn’t work the images upload… there is some setting to do? Thanks…

    Altervista is probably not the best host if they force a captcha on all forms that cannot be replaced. As far as I know we are unable to help with that issue if it is the policy of the host. A quick Google search makes it sound like they have had this policy for years.
