Hi, can i remove captcha in login form? And when a user click on register link the form doesn’t show the captcha but gives error and ask to make captcha. The website is: https://riminionline.altervista.org/
Thanks for your post. Are you using any captcha 3rd plugins? You can try deactivating it and see if it works.
thanks for the attention…
I am not using any captcha 3d plugins. This bug started after last geodirectory updating… I don’t understand the reason…
Thanks for your reply. Could you share your Website WP admin access here in private reply so that I could check on it?

Thanks for your reply. Just checked your Website and I have all plugins deactivated and the captcha is still there https://riminionline.altervista.org/wp-admin . You need to contact your Altervista hosting provider to check on this.

Altervista is probably not the best host if they force a captcha on all forms that cannot be replaced. As far as I know we are unable to help with that issue if it is the policy of the host. A quick Google search makes it sound like they have had this policy for years.
