Card details fields don't appear

    When I get to the checkout page the stripe gray box appears but there are no fields to populate to complete the transaction. Test keys are in place on my site and webhook is in place at stripe.com.

    Any suggestions?

    Hi,

    I tried disabling the Stripe option of the WooCommerce add-on and it works now on GD Check out.

    I asked to the developer to fix the conflict.

    They’ll let us know asap.

    Hi Mike, the problem was not with WooCommerce conflict.

    Your theme stylesheet overwrote “Pay & Publish” button color. I have changed that button color using custom CSS. I have also hid that empty rectangle box. It was not supposed to be there. But you use only stripe. So it got displayed.

    You can test now.

    When you click “Pay & Publish” button, stripe api will respond in few seconds with popup form.

    Use the following test card credentials

    Card number: 4242424242424242

    Month: 01

    Year: 2017

    CVC: 314

    Okay, I guess I misunderstood what gray box you were talking about having removed. I see in your screenshot that you have the same thing I do – a gray box above the button that shows Stripe as the payment method. So, I think i am good now.
