Categories and sub categories order and style

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    We would like to be able to change the colors/size/and bold on secong level categories and possible third – Is this possible? We arent able to do with css,….

    Also can we rotate the order of the categpries on the page to group similar ones closer to each other?
