    Hello. How do I make Categories list on home page to look like on your demos?

    I added GD categories widget via beaver builder on my home page and that’s it. Can’t find any design settings for that widget. And I don’t like how it looks by default.

    Sorry, could you write back with a link to your site?

    V2 has a new gd_categories widget that looks different. If you remove the icon setting it will use the map pin in gd_categories.

    Hi. I am testing on localhost at the moment so I can’t provide a link to my site. Maybe there is a video showing how to build V2 site from scratch? I don’t get it how to build a site with GD.. For example what does exactly themes do? If i’ll use AVADA theme, will GD widgets look differently? Is there any point to use theme at all? Sorry for dumb questions, it’s my first time I am using plugin and not an actual theme ( like ListingPro ).

    When V2 is installed it “Build the site” by setting up the default page templates and the setup wizard will add the sidebar widgets to your main sidebar.

    The majority of the HTML elements will inherit styles from your theme,like the color of paragraph text and so on.

    Every theme has different controls so you should use the theme that has the features you like.
