Categories have disappeared

Hi, we’ve got geodirectory with the location manager addon running on Kleo theme but we’re not able to add any new places since we’ve added the location manager because the categories and the location field have all disappeared. Ok we can still add them but they all have the same location so a bit pointless.

I’m hoping this is something I’ve missed and it’s really easy to fix!

I’ve tested to see if it’s a theme or plugin conflict and updated everything to the latest version.
