Categories in Checkboxes on Edit Screen

    Sorry, something askew on site.

    When editing existing user, I am getting checkbox for each category instead of the dropdown element.

    Occurred after I migrated.

    Any ideas?

    GD > Place Settings > Custom fields > Categories (Taxonomy) custom field > Category display type > Ajax chained > save
