Categories not showing listings

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    I have two categories based on the location of my listings (Australia and New Zealand). When I click on a category to see its listings the search results do not filter accordingly but display all of my listings from both categories. How can I fix that?

    Hello,

    GeoDirectory will automatically create a page showing all listings IN a country, as long as the address fields are filled in accurately.

    We don’t recommend use of categories for the names of locations because of situations like this.

    Did you already rename the location page slug?

    please share WP Admin credentials and login URL so we can take a look at your settings.

    Hi Alex,

    Thanks for your help. I can’t save any of my listings under “New Zealand”. When I enter the correct address and click save, the page refreshes and the country of the listing changes to Australia even though the Street Address, Region, City and even Google Maps pin still show the location as New Zealand.

    Hi Danielle,

    It looks like you have mixed GDv1 & GDv2 and also there was conflict with country & category.
    I have fixed this both issues and now seems pages are working fine.
