Categories showing 0 posts even if there are places

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    Hello,

    I have 5 categories created in the backend. For some reason 3 of these show a count of 0 places in them. But when I view the category, I see the places that I imported into it.

    When I display the categories on the homepage, it shows 3 of them with 0 places (same as the backend) even though there are many places in there.

    Hoping you can help me resolve this 🙂

    Try resetting the database count:
    GD > Status > Tools > Term counts > Run

    And make sure to clear all caches.
