We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    If I try to view our directory by category it fails. I have turned off all our plugins on the staging site and it is still failing, all I get is a blank page with a page title that says Archive:.

    https://staging-washington.kinsta.cloud/place/ should give me a list of my businesses too, and I get the screenshot attached.

    I corrected your WP permalinks, they were set to custom, using “/news-stories/%postname%/”, but they need to be set to “Post name”.

    I also corrected
    GD > Settings > Design tab > Archives sub-tab > Page template file override
    That was set to some custom template that does not work for GD.
