Category default images and map icons bug

For some reason, the category icons and map markers have all duplicated the URL and do not link to the correct image.
This has happened before and each category icon was individually re-selected (this took a long time).
It has happened again and as such, I think may be a bug?

Example:
```
<img src="https://www.website.com/wp-content/uploadshttps://website.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/12/antiques_silver_cut.png" />
```
It should simply be “https://website.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/12/antiques_silver_cut.png”
I don’t want to individually go through everything again spending a week or so on this issue, is there another way?
