I have category field locked in a listing. On the franchise listing form, the field does not appear which is expected, since it is locked.
However, the sub-franchise is listed in a different category from the main listing. In fact, it shows the category the main listing was originally categorised in (Uncategorised). However, it was after I changed the category from Uncategorised to Postal & Payment Services that I created the sub listing.
To open a new support ticket, first select the relevant forum and then click the "New Post" button. Example: You need support for the core plugin? Click on Core Plugin support and click on the "New Post" Button.
