    can icons be added to the category icon selection list
    (ie fas fa-____ ) like theatre, towing ect

    Thanks for your post. Unfortunately, there isn’t an option that allows you to achieve this out of the box and would require customization.

    If you have fontawesome pro, you can add that in the FA settings at
    WP Backend – Settings – FontAwesome
