Having trouble with the category shortcode displaying evenly. I’m wondering if there is something I’m missing. I’ve attached 2 screenshots of what happens when I use the shortcode. I’m looking for it to display the columns with an even number of categories.

Hello!

GD Categories does a lot of things automatically, but it doesn’t have options for a set max count of child cats (under a set max count of parent cats). It looks like you have put together a new category navigation for your site that looks nice, but I will make a note of your request for additional layout options and the developers will consider it for future versions.

On the homepage the only categories section I see ((Browse By Category) looks good.

I get this when I visit that link:

Sorry, this is a page template and can not be accessed from the frontend, it is used for building the layouts of GeoDirectory sections.
