I cannot seem to get the content of the pages below to be centered and not full page wide. I want the content centered in design with white space on both left and right sides of the content pages

I am able to do this for all of my main pages but not the directory pages pages such as:

    http://cochatt.com/places/category/attractions/

    http://cochatt.com/places/category/cabinet-makers/

    http://cochatt.com/places/dakota-concepts/

I am using Elementor to design the website with the GD plugin. It seems to work flawlessly with the exception of this issue.

Any idea on how to center the content without editing code on the main plugin pages?

Here is an example of a page the is centered compared to the above link:

Archive pages, details pages and all of them will not center

You will need a theme that allows for sidebars to be removed and has a full-width page option. 2019 is a very basic theme.
    Thanks

I really like the simplicity of 2019. I don’t understand why that would prevent the set up how I am wanting it.

Because that theme does not have a full-width page option. This is not a GD issue.
You can add that functionality yourself if you like: https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-themes/how-to-create-a-full-width-page-in-wordpress/

Or find a theme that does what you want.
    Thanks
