Change Claim Listing Form

    Hi there,

    I need to adjust the claim listing form. I have already looked in Ninja Forms, can’t find the form there. Then I created a new Claim Listing Form, but it is not opened by the gd_post_claim button.

    I use the Listima Theme, I have already created the form like in the documentation. But I don’t get it linked to the “Claim Listing” link of the theme. I would like to use the link of the theme in Header (see Screenshot).

    How can I link the “Claim Listing” link in the header to the GeoDirectory Claim Form? Listima Theme Support referred me to WPGeodirectory Support after reviewing the problem. It does not seem to be a theme problem.

    Hi Guust,

    yes, the form works. But it does not load the correct Geodirectory Claim Form from Ninja Forms, but another one. I replaced the field “Position in Business” with another field. But a form appears which I have no influence on and which was not in Ninja Forms before. I don’t know where the form comes from and I can’t change it.

    When you configure the GD Ninja Forms widget, you can choose which form should show.

    Try adding a new GD Ninja Forms widget to the details page sidebar and select the form you want to use.

    Let us know how it goes, if that shows the right form.

    Hi Alex,

    the problem is the claim listing link of the Listima theme, not the form of WPGeodirectory. The Cliam Listing Bottun (bottom right), which is displayed via the own widget, opens the correct form. But I need the two red marked links for the claim listing form. I thought this was a problem of the theme. But the support took a look at it and referred me to WPGeodirectory.
    I need to be able to open the new Claim Listing Form [ninja_form id=8] in the lightbox of the Listima theme.

    Hello,

    I understand that the Post Claim widget in the header is not editable in the GD Details template.

    You can hide it with this CSS

    

    
.left-info .geodir-post-claim {
    display: none;
}

    

    Then use the GD Ninja Forms widget int he sidebar to use the custom form you want.
