Change 'Everywhere' in GD Location Description

    Hi,

    Apologies for all the posts today.

    Is there a way to change the word ‘Everywhere’ in the GD Location Description so it doesn’t say ‘Everywhere’ and is just blank instead of %location% on the default category page?
