Change membership

    Hi,

    I’d like to change my membership from a one year license to a renewal license. How can I do it? I can’t find the option to change it.
    Please change my membership state, if it’s possible for you as administrator.

    Hi,

    when purchasing the original membership, you didn’t authorized your credit card to be used for recurring payments and that is mandatory for a subscription.

    We cannot change that without you authorizing the recurring payment while processing the payment.

    You will need to buy a new membership and chose the recurring option: https://wpgeodirectory.com/downloads/membership/

    You can use the 20% coupon code that you find on this page to https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/geodirectory-discounts-and-coupon-codes/ to maintain a price that is only slightly higher than your original membership.
