    How can I change the permalink to be sitename.com/places/state/city/profile-name to sitename.com/places/profile-name/state/city

    That isn’t an option for V1, but you can do that with V2

    After install V2 where can I do the changing, will be on the permalink custom settings?

    Is there any way to modify the permalink with state abbreviated website.com/places/business-name/state(nc)/city instead of /places/business-Name/state(North-Carolina)/Raleigh

    You can manually change the region name, but new requests to the API will result in the original value, and so new listing locations would need to be regularly merged into the custom locations.
