    I would like to change title tag and H1 of this URL http://www.semanticseo.be/huisartsen/ghent/ to:

    1. title tag: Huisartsen Ghent | Test Domain
    2. H1: Alle huisartsen in Ghent

    How can I change this or in which files do I have to look? Thanks in advance.
