    Is there any way to change a users username? If not, is there a way to not have the search engines index and show people’s profile (posts, comments, reviews) etc.

    Thanks for your post. You can install the userswp plugin here https://userswp.io/ which allows your users to manage its own profile.

    Hello,

    what user manager are you referring to? Can you link to a page, one of the ones you are trying to hide?

    WordPress does not allow the changing of usernames through any settings.
