Change word 'Region' or 'CITY'

    Hi,
    Please advise how to change word ‘Region’ or ‘CITY’ to ‘State’ and ‘Suburb’ respectively in the main menu multi-location drop down list.

    Please refer attached for clarification.

    I have used Loco Translate Plugin but no success!
