I changed the settings for the base listings to allow Tags for them, but now the pages don’t show the Tags even though I’ve enabled them. I must edit the Place to make the tags show up. Is there a way to force refresh the listings so that the tags appear?

I’m not sure, let’s ask the others.

My guess is if they are disabled in the package they are never saved tot he main db , you would have to save each listing to get them to copy, you could try the bulk edit option from the backend?

It doesn’t look like any changes made in the bulk edit do anything; I tried doing a batch, and one individually, but no dice. The only way to fix it is to edit it individually, and with over 4,500 listings, that’s not feasible. Is there anything you guys could do?

It’s the save action that triggers the copy to the DB, i don’t understand though, if your package had no tags allowed and now you are allowing then, surely the posts have not tags?

I imported them with tags, but for some reason they weren’t showing up with the package settings. I changed the settings to allow 240 characters for Tags, but now they aren’t showing up. Is there a way to force the update across the database?

    Hi,

the best option would be to delete them all and re-import now that the package allows tags.

Otherwise you could set screen option to show 200 or more per page and use the bulk edit option to update them in batches.

There is no tool to fix something like that across the database.

    Thx
