"Changing listing to part of main listing Franchise"

    If offices are added by staff members to directory listing and then later discovered they should have been added as Franchise sub listing, is there a way to move them or change some setting to allow them to be a franchise or do they have to be “trashed” and start over?

    Hi Steve,

    best practice is to recreate the listing as a franchise.

    It is possible to populate through export/import the franchise_of field with a main listing (franchise_of -> Main Listing ID) but you would need to set an independent expire date and that may cause issues for renewals for the franchise.
