Changing the word Place/Places & city, provinces import

I am trying to figure out how to do the following two things;

Change Place/Places to: Car Place, Car Places as an example.

2nd.
Is there a away to upload for example all the cities and provinces of canada instead of adding them 1 by 1?

Hi Rick
You can change “place” with the translation file, or using the Custom Post Type addon:

There is no need to add any locations, they will automatically be added as you add listings, or your users add their listings.
