    Hi,

    I have increased the Description word limit under GD > Design > Listings to 100, but each listing only shows 3 words in the listing page.

    How do I increase the number?

    I cannot access your site for the moment, but I am guessing that is not a GD Listings page, but a GD Home/Location page.
    So you will need to review the settings in the Popular Post view widgets.

    Oh yes, it is not the listing page. I used the shortcode: [gd_listings post_type=”gd_place” layout=1 post_number=”10″ list_sort=”high_review” character_count=”1000″]

    But the character count is not reflected.

    How do I have it reflected?

    Hi Felicia,

    There is a strong tag wrapping up the character count. I’ve removed it for you and it’s working correctly now.

    Hi Kor,

    What did you do exactly? So that I know what is affecting it. Because when I click on the page builder, it reverted back to normal i.e. few characters.
