Have installed GeoDirectory premium & add-ons and having issues with CiviCRM 4.7.10 Event Registrations not working properly. Just wondering – are there any known conflicts between GeoDirectory / plugins and CiviCRM? Thank you.

    Hi,

I’m sorry to inform you that we never tested it. We actually never heard of it before.

What do you mean by: Event Registrations not working properly

Maybe if you describe the problem or show us the website we’ll be able to assist.

    Let us know,

    Thanks

After someone registers, the registration goes through but user gets an error message. Would it help if I gave you access to the backend for you to check if there are any obvious conflicts? And how do I do this? By marking the reply as ‘set as private reply’?

    Hi there
    Here is some more info.
You can see the error by registering for the event yourself via this link
    https://leep.ngo/civicrm/?page=CiviCRM&q=civicrm%2Fevent%2Fregister&id=1332&reset=1

The error occurs after the confirmation screen.

I have attached a document with links to Stack Exchange where others are having similar problems in case that helps.

Also the full error backtrace provided by civicrm

Thanks for your help – happy to provide wp login if still needed

    Hi Silvia,

what happen if you disable GD and all it’s add-ons momentarily? Does it still give an error?

Could you please test this and let us know?

    Thanks

    Hi Paolo
Already did this – that’s why we think it’s GD related.
If we disable GD (core plugin only) – error message disappears.
    Re-enable and error message returns.
    Cheers

Sorry wrong error! We fixed that one – please try again and you’ll see the main problem
Also not being able to disable the GD module without the site crashing is something we’d like fixed
    cheers

Please provide wp-admin and FTP details and i will try to debug things.
If your site crashes when you disable GD it might be you have GD filter functions in your child theme and this is the problem, or you still have other active GD plugins?
