    Hi there,

    We are having an issue that when we claim a listing for a place, it doesnt seem to be updating the number in the backend. I can see that the claim listing is getting added when I click pending claims. Please see attached a screenshot.

    Your help will be appreciated, please note we are using ninja forms for the claim form because the client wanted an extra feature to uplaod a file to the form on submission. Please can you advise of how we can get this fixed?

    Thanks for your post. We’ll have to investigate this further on your end. Before we do that, could you make sure that you’ve updated all GD plugins? If not, please share your Website WP admin access here in private reply.

    That is a notification and shows claims that have been filed. If you approve one it should go down, if there is a new claim, it should go up. You are not seeing it change that way?

    Hi there,

    No we dont seem to be seeing the change when a new claim has been posted? it doesnt appear to be going up or down? It appears also that this is the same problem when reviews are posted?

    Sounds like we need to check the settings on your site to find out why that isn’t working as expected. Please share credentials in a private reply

    Hi there,

    We have tested this again and it does appear to be working at first we could’nt see this. Can you clarify does the number automatically update or do you need to refresh the browser to see this?

    Hi there,

    As mentioned before, we have updated the plugins and versions but we are still experiencing the same problems with the numbers updating? please can you advise. We have an updated version of our site running locally.

    I see 7 in dashboard and alert.
    Seems to be working, might be a cache issue.
