Claim Listing Auto Approve Not Working

I currently have my website set up to auto approve any claimed listings and it’s currently not doing 2 things. When the user claims the listing it’s not generating the email for them with login details. It’s also not auto-approving the listing and I’m still having to go in and manually approve the listing which is not something we want to do.
