I have populated my website – with existing business data – 75,000 records – my plan is to get the owners of the business to claim their respective listing and upgrade to a premium listing with more features.
I have set ‘Claim Listing’ plugin option to ‘Force an upgrade to complete the claim listing procedure.’ I want to use this feature to encourage the take-up of Premium Subscriptions. The problem I have here is that I have been contacted by a listing owner on a ‘FREE’ subscription who wanted to change their address – this is legitimate but they can’t update ‘FREE’ information without paying for a subscription. I realize I can switch the option off but then their is no encouragement fore them to buy a premium listing when theyclaim their listing.
I think there needs to be an option to ‘Include ‘FREE’ subscriptions.
Any thoughts?
