Claim Listing link and users

If someone clicks “Claim now” a Lightbox contact form shows to fill some information and send a claim.

This happens only if the user has an account and it is logged in.

If you click it without an account it sends you to a register page that says nothing about claiming a listing. It is just a register box. No one will understand that.

So there are 2 choices to have a good user experience.

1- How to let anonymous users fill the Lightbox form?
2- How to change the link of “claim now” so I can use a dedicated page to explain what is needed?
